•Investigate and find solutions to increase right first time production with regard to bedroom and office furniture •Trouble shoot the cause of the high repress rate of the Kolmag Press - used to apply vinyl foil to MDF board •Reduce waste produced by the Kolmag Press and adhesive application process from 25% to 3% •Improve the surface quality of the foil pressed panels by reducing orange peel effect, stretching and discolouration of the foil and heat damage •Solutions trialled prior to full implementation •Test procedures and solutions fully documented, as well as that of changes to processes and requirements to ensure long term quality practices maintained •All improvements financially justified to dictate long term savings •3-Month Summer Contract
