  • Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration of the project
  • Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors
  • Fully understands Contract, Budget, Cost Centers, Expense Heads, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS).
  • Fully understands company systems like PCS, SBT, GDMS, GDES, SMART, P3 etc.
  • Gets data from PCS, GDMS, GDES, Store to analyze work performed vs. cost incurred on daily basis. Highlights variances to Incharge Contracts and Site Manager.
  • Monitors Site Facilities establishment and operating costs against the budget.
  • Monitors usage of Direct Materials, Direct Consumable on daily basis.
  • Monitors deployment of Direct and Indirect manpower, Equipment and Plants against the budget. Informs to Site Manager on weekly basis in case of variances.
  • Monitors sub-contracts awarded at site against budget provisions.
  • Prepares Quarterly Revenue/Cost Forecasts.
  • Prepares Cost to Complete and Cost at Completion by evaluating balance work, inventory and work in process on monthly basis.
  • Estimates cost impact whenever there is change in scope of work or plan is revised.
  • Establishing Budgets and the methodology for managing these for the contractor scope
  • Estimation of Total Forecasts, Work hours / Costs and Expected Outcomes
  • Help manage the Personnel Approval process for the contractor
  • Assists the Project Controls Manager in managing the Change process
  • Audit contractors and other subcontracts reports and processes
  • Prepare and maintain cash flow and other financial reports as required
  • Support the Risk process as applied to the contractor as required.
  • Commitment Control and vendor/subcontractors invoice approval.
  • Support preparation of the monthly project cost report
  • ResponsibleinprovidingProjectsand/orMaintenanceServiceofdirect costs for Cost Estimates for the Construction phase
  • Providing all type of direct costs for Construction in Cost Estimates in the Define phase of the ORP process
  • Providing Design personnel with Cost Estimate input of documents required
  • To record and price variations with reference to Commercial Department and submit timorously for acceptance with adequate breakdown and backup documentation
  • Confer with engineers, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates
