Receiving inbound calls from participants with regards to Domestic/International Couriers,Overland & Sentiments Express.Answering participant's questions, as well as questioning participants to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested/required.Following-up with participants within a 24-hour period in regards to the initial phone call. Even if it is to just touch base and let participant know inquiry is still be researched.Providing product knowledge about, Domestic/International couriers,Overnight,Overland,Sentiments Express,etcProviding quality customer service on every call.Communicating clearly and effectively with participants.Managing length of calls. Recognizing and managing assertive customer calls.Building a long-term relationship with the customer.Listening to and critique recorded conversations for purposes of improving customer skills.Effectively dealing with job stress, angry callers, and upset customers.
