    27. To ensure total compliance with all safety, health and Environmental policies, guidelines by providing guidance and assistance to all personnel working in Operations & Maintenance etc.
    28. Represent HSE in Management Health, Safety and Environmental Committee, reporting directly to Senior Management like President, VP and GMs.
    29. Troubleshoot problems and provide advice & assistance aimed at reducing accidents and/ or the consequences of the accidents.
    30. Coordinate Health Risk Assessment (HRA) studies.
    31. Conduct personal and area monitoring.
    32. Selection and training of the Field Safety Representatives for the Turnarounds.
    33. Periodically conduct Safety Inspection Audits and recommend corrective actions as required (Involving Senior Management) and ensure compliance with applicable Company, SABIC, SHELL & OSHA regulations.

    35. Ensure that all facility based company personnel and contractors adhere to the company’s safety policies.
    36. Preparation of Monthly HSE Statistics Reports (Including Contractors) and submitting to SABIC & SADAF Senior Management.
    37. Evaluate Contractors before awarding a contract; develop contractor safety orientation program; Contractors Safety Hand book, Visitors Safety Voucher and monitoring contractors HSE Performance.
    38. Assist in organizing HSE Campaigns for on the job and off the job such as; GCC Traffic Safety Week, Process Safety Awareness, Home safety, Drawing competitions for company children in schools, Pressurized Cylinder, Smoking Cessation, Weight Reduction Program, Civil Defense, Heat Stress, Community Banners etc.
