Trainee Lawyer

Law Office in Treviso (Italy)

During this 2-year experience I dealt with:

  • Civil Law (corporate law, debt collection, real estate and inheritance issues, inquiries and complaints to the National Authorities for Consumer Protection, damages reparations, etc.);
  • Law of Contracts (contracts review and drafting);
  • Taxation Law (taxation assessment procedures, tax lawsuits, criminal prosecution for tax evasion).

I followed every case I was in charge of with high-level autonomy, preparing and managing court actions and being responsible for all the performances and tasks that every single lawsuit required. I conducted legal reserch, wrote down legal defences and attended hearings in first person before the Court according to a special license (patrocinio) obtained on Jenuary 2013.

Liceo Ginnasio "A. Canova"

The Secondary School I have attended matched classical education and international subjects together. In particular, along with Humanities (Latin, History, Philosophy, deep knowledge of Italian grammar and literature), great importance was given to foreign languages. I therefore studied English, French and German with great interest and passion. Native language teachers trained our spoken skills, while highly qualified teachers taught us both grammar and literature for each foreign language.
