Responsible to deliver impeccable customer service to align with the company mission and reputation. Promoted after three weeks of being a hostess to the next highest level based on my ability to connect quickly and quickly de-escalate customer complaints leading to excellent voluntary reports of excellence.

 I am in charge of running the board to insure all servers are receiving an equal amount of tables or getting to slammed with guests. When the kitchen gets backed up I am expected to help run food out to guests as well as answering all phone calls to the restaurant.

I am knowledgeable in the software of open table which is used to input guests in our systems.

Responsible to watch one to three children of multiple families as well as cleaning around the house to create a calm environment for the parents to come home too. I also was responsible to stay on top of certain medicines such as allergy medication and antibiotics. I was expected to cook any of the three meals required at the certain time of day.
