  • Provide strategic communications support to the Critical Care Unit and Burn Centre
  • Create written content for the Sunnybrook Magazine, Sunnybrook’s internet and intranet, and the hospital-wide newsletter, "Your Health Matters"
  • Manage media campaigns  for newly released studies  by researching, writing and issuing news releases, coordinating media requests, and providing support for members of the health care team being interviewed by media
  • Coordinate, shoot and edit short video interviews using  iMovie with members of the health care team on newsworthy stories, which are then posted to Sunnybrook's YouTube account
  • Create content and post to Sunnybrook's Wordpress blog at, including blog posts and infographics

  • Handled a very high volume of recruitment on a consistent basis; managed the recruitment process for 20 to 50 jobs at a time
