  • Compiled  a 30-page media guide on covering poverty, which was distributed to the 19 Philadelphia newsrooms partnering on "Broke in Philly," a solutions-based journalism collaborative
  • The guide synthesizes dozens of poverty studies, includes a detailed style guide and instructs editors about smart, productive audience engagement.

  • Oversaw a staff of six, developed editorial strategy, and worked directly with VP of Sales and Events
  • Led implementation of a membership platform
  • Helped on-board more than 10 people, and played an integral role in the company’s expansion to Pittsburgh and Denver
