  • Served as interim NYC Director of Operations responsible for an additional staff of 150 members in Installation & Repair, Fleet Management and Warehouse.
  • Oversaw OSP on-call team performing 24/7 market wide service restoration of fiber cuts, equipment failures, scheduled maintenance and crisis situations, including 9/11 Recovery and Northeast 2003 Blackout.
