Since: (On rolls of Adecco India)-Role: HR Officer Roles:- HR Operations Steering manpower planning as per business requirements; recruitment, selection, induction and joining of new incumbents. Administration of Employee Satisfaction Surveys, and driving its measures to improve score. HR/IR affairs of the duke plant location. Maintaining harmonious and progressive employee relations in the plant through 2 way communication and employee involvement. Ensured support in providing cost effective resolution of IR related issues with the HR lead: Long Term Settlement & its smooth implementation. Ensuring Smooth, trouble-free implementation of LTS, operating within the approved LTS related budgets. Ensuring no non-compliance with all HR related statutory laws. CSR/Employee Engagement Major role in Employee Engagement-Self-employment programs-Conceptualizing & driving Health &Wellness activities in the plant. Associates Training, Management L&D(both in house & external). Initiating disciplinary action, framing of Charge Sheets, constituting domestic enquiries(if required) etc. Planning & executing the rollout and administration all PepsiCo people process to the plant population. Payroll Maintaining attendance registers, leave registers, payroll processing-Attendance processing through software, cross checking final pay sheet. Handling compliance as per Factories Act. Monthly Statutory Payments-Callan Submission. Form 16, Taxation-Tax documents processing. Hiring Creating Offer Fitment from L0 to L05 level getting approval from HR GM. Handling complete IJP Process. External hiring through consultants. Sourcing resumes from portal. Induction, on boarding, background verification, ID Card Co-ordination. Relationship Building/Support Functions Monitoring Administration of Canteen, Guest house & plant premises. Measure: Employee satisfaction feedback to the facilities. Engaging in liaison and dealing with Labor Authorities(from Local Offices to Head Offices) viz. Labour Department, Industrial Health & Safety, P.F, E. S. I, Welfare, Police Authorities, DLC. Office/A.L. C. Office. etc. Ensuring Statutory & all HR related Compliances and managing proactive relation with Govt. Authorities. Overseeing that safety, security and housekeeping needs are met in the manner required by the plant for smooth functioning MIS Creating and maintaining database/files/records on
