  • Handling the sourcing, selection, offer-rollouts, negotiation & post acceptance follow-ups for all the selected candidates while working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Managing Employee Life Cycle including joining formalities, pre-employment checks, reference checks, completion and management of personal files, employee induction.
  • Ensuring Statutory and Non-Statutory compliance including processing of PF withdrawal and transfer forms, modifying company policies in compliance with any latest amendments in applicable acts

NBN Co  is an Australian government owned corporation tasked to design, build and operate Australia's National Broadband Network

Contributions:

  1. As Offshore Enhancement Lead

  • Assumed responsibilities of planning, creation and communication of estimates and delivery timelines for enhancements in iProcurement, Purchasing, Inventory and Returns Management

  • Assignment of enhancement to team resources and coordinating for deliverables including Functional Design, System Test Plan, System Test Results from lower test and pre-production environments.

  1. As Application Support and Maintenance Resource

  • Supporting the aforementioned modules in terms of incident handling & management and bug-fixing of production defects as per SLA laid by client, conducting weekly status update call with business for updates on Open and Closed Incidents and Problem Tickets attended by team members in previous week.

  • Raising and implementing Change Requests and defining proper implementation plan, Risk Mitigation and roll back plan.
