- Leading the client servicing team and ensure proper delegation, effective workload planning and quick issue resolution, to deliver best quality & service to our clients.
- Bringing potential high value clients on-board and act as a liaison between the client and company to make arrangements and deliver best quality in the quoted price, thus raising our business.
- Periodically meet with the department heads of Project Management, Editorial Team and Quality Control, to discuss areas of opportunity and implement its resolutions.
- Analyzing the overall data collected to identify areas of opportunity and present it to the management with actionable resolutions.
- Initiating multiple developmental tasks from performance training, to preparing process documents, etc. and implementing them.
- On-boarding, training and managing all newly-hired business associates, and get them well acquainted with their role.
- Perform random audits of the communication sent to clients and based on my findings, provide feedback & training to the team.
