Supervise in field Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrument & Control trades in the construction, operation, maintenance and overhaul of complex systems and components. Responsible for Development and Implementation of the “Maintenance Rule” Program (IOCFR5O.65) to ensure that maintenance of plant structures, systems and components are performed in accordance with Government Regulations. Provide engineering support to operations and maintenance departments for power generation and support systems including standby emergency diesel generator systems. Responsible for monitoring, testing and trending system performance to maximize system availability and reliability Act as focal point for coordinating interdepartmental resources on technical issues. Developed and implemented an Emergency Diesel Generator Reliability Program which ensures the EDG is operated and maintained at the highest levels of reliability.

Developed a feedwater reliability program which allowed startup of two units without any feedwater related plant trips. Coordinate the review, approval implementation and testing of plant modifications and design changes. Monitor, test and trend major plant systems to ensure optimum system reliability.

Developed and implemented a feedwater reliability program to ensure feedwater system reliability for 2 1250 MWE PWR nuclear power plants that resulted in both unit startups successfully completed with no feedwater realted trips.
