As a recent college graduate, I am a fresh young face ready and equipped to bring new ideas to the health and fitness world. I have been working as a personal trainer for Minnesota State University for the past three years as I pursued my Bachelor's of Science degree in Exercise Science. My education has provided great exposure to the newest and most up to date exercise techniques and research. I am excited to use my experience and education to help others reach their fitness goals and learn how to improve their health.
