Светлана Волощук

1 год обучения на магистерской программе "Правовое регулирование несостоятельности"

I am interested in Corporate law  since  I attended my first lectures of Civil law.  Beeing the second year student of much curiosity I was seeking  the legal institution to study  which is  unusual and  not hackneyed for Russian legal science. I have found   this institution in Bankruptcy law and now I am really into the deep researching process.  Not limited to this field, I would like to try my hand especially at the following practice areas: banking, mergers and acquisitions.
