A longtime figure in the strategy-consulting and public policy fields, Suzanne Magaziner balances a busy career as a business consultant with a commitment to numerous civic and charitable activities. She currently serves on the boards of several community groups, including Trinity Repertory Company, the Nowell Leadership Academy, Save the Bay, and Sophia Academy. In addition, she is spearheading the development of The Community Harvest Project, a Rhode Island nonprofit initiative devoted to growing food for those who are underprivileged. Previously, Suzanne Magaziner held board memberships with organizations such as Roger Williams University and Save Bristol Harbor.
A graduate of Wellesley College, Harvard University, and Brown University, Suzanne Magaziner has earned numerous awards for her academic and community achievements. At Wellesley, she served as student body president and was recognized as a Durant Scholar and a Phi Beta Kappa scholar. For her work in the community, she has received the Providence Place Gives Philanthropic Award and the Great Egret Environmental Award.
