Administrator with 1 years' experience seeks a permanent position.


Suzy is a hardworking administrator with proven skills and experience in a range of sectors, including Charity, Retail and Public Sector. An antonymous individual, Suzy has experience of working in a range of environments and enjoys working as part of a team or individually. As a graduate of the University of Chichester, Suzy has developed a good level of administrative skills and has proven her ability to carry out a number of tasks using the full Microsoft Suite and a CRM system.

In her most recent role of being a Registrar's Assistant, Suzy has had experience of overseeing a busy administrative process which has involved managing and prioritising a workload, often independently. Her experience to date has provided her with the opportunity to gain an in-depth knowledge of the process, train others, and provide recommendations for streamlining the process.

Suzy is now looking for a permanent opportunity where she will be able to continue to build on her skills.

Registrars' Assistant

Suzy has been responsible for supporting the day to day operation of the certificates within the process within the Register Office. She is responsible for handling all requests from start to end; working with the Registrars to ensure that all certificates are produced accurately and in a timely manor. This has also involved prioritisation of work to meet any urgent requests and problem solving as required. 

To date, Suzy has supported the Implementation team in their review of the processes by providing knowledge of the full process and ideas for how the process can further improve. 

Suzy is a confident user of Microsoft Office and has experience of using a CRM system. 


Store Manager

In the position of Store Manager, Suzy ran a charity shop in which she had the following responsibilities:

  • Financial Administration
  • Recruiting, processing applications, managing and training volunteers
  • Being responsible for my assistant manager
  • Designing a business plan, and deciding on promotions to attract as much business as possible.

Project Worker


I worked as a Project worker at Linkafé. The café is designed for and run by Service users (adults with learning difficulties).   

  My responsibilities were:  

  • Training and delegating task to both volunteers and service users. For example: cooking, serving on the tills, cleaning and customer service
  • Helping service users to use the computers and helping to run any group necessary        
  • Amending and making resource to help service users to learn  

Teaching Assistant and Personal care assistant

Worthing High School

Working at Worthing High School enabled me to have experience working in a different sector.  

Whilst working as a Teaching Assistant/Personal Care Assistant my duties included: 

  • Amending resources for the student and creatively adapting lessons
  • Monitoring the welfare of the student and tracking progress. Making sure there were daily handovers
  • Writing a report of the student’s progress  
  • Liaising with medical professionals and teachers, voicing the student’s concerns
