Small commercial architectural firm which does tenant buildouts, white boxes, shopping malls, Hooters, Dairy Queens, Subways, Paninis, catering facilities, restaurants, nail salons, tanning salons, etc. Firm is licensed in 17 states and has been in business for more than  25 years.

Grew a small start-up in the brokerage and insurance industries. Developed fledgling ISP with funds raised from private investors.

Client presentations and event planning for technical seminars.  Managed marketing, communications, production and client relations for my family's 4th generation reprographics company. Wearer of All Hats.

Cain T*Square, Ltd.

Responsible for business development, marketing, technical personnel management and sales training for division. Hired to revitalize and expand an underperforming mature division. Initially in charge of a 'mature' color electrostatic plotting bureau division. The division was expanded to include ancillary services in desktop publishing, scanning, digitizing and laser plotting. By instituting improvements in quality control, customer service, creating a technical help line, establishing lower-cost, higher-output options and adding new services, billings increased by 1600% in six months without incurring additional personnel costs:

Divisional billings increased by 400% each year for four years running. Division held national record for the fastest ramp up during the same time period.

Uncovered and billed more than $250k in unbilled work through forensic accounting upon hire. Hired and trained support staff. Handed all A/R and A/P, health insurance and financials thru trial balance.  Managed personal finances for both partners.
