- Separation Formalities:- To conduct the exit interviews of resigned candidates & counseling with candidates to solve out the basic problems / reasons (if possible) behind his resignation. Ensure the systematic approach involved in process.
- Job Descriptions:- To conduct the interviews of employees (with concern technical head) within the organization and map the skills, competencies and basic requirements of positions. Get it approved from management and set the standards at all levels of positions.
- HR MIS:- Responsible for timely submission of Monthly HR MIS reports to corporate and Finance department on monthly basis Manpower Status, Attrition, Absenteeism, Manpower Cost and Monthly Statutory Liabilities. Analyzing the reports find out the cause of variance in the reports.
- Health & Safety:- Responsible for health & safety at workplace. Evacuation Plan, Fire Safety system and fire awareness trainings, to conduct safety committee meeting, hygienic food (Canteen management) , fitness certificates, MSDS,
