Art Director/Senior Graphic Designer
  • Provide direction and leadership to a team of five creative artists.
  • Manage all print production scheduling.
  • Approve design of publications, banners, motion graphics, and high-end PowerPoint presentations for executives.
  • Formulate training videos and provide the motion graphics for the finished product. 
  • Promote innovative sales training utilizing interactive multi-media PowerPoint presentations thus attracting a more sophisticated sales agents and a higher graduation rate.
  • Liaise with outside print vendors for quotes and final proofs.
  • Direct the design of printed incentive programs to motivate sales force to sell more policies through award incentives thus resulting in increased productivity and recognition for the highest sales producers.
