Executive Summary

The experience in Marketing Communication was developed in a healthcare multinational company, from which it is highlighted the development of projects related to: Institutional communication, Internal communication, Newsletters, Facebook and website content management, Event organization and Clipping management 

 Experience as Board Secretary in healthcare, law and consulting companies, assisting General Managers, Commercial Managers and Logistics: Support the Board meetings, organize events, manage trips and meetings and prepare documents.

 Organization and management of all national nephrology congresses (> 100 attendees) (facilities, stands, registrations, scientific events); 

 Organization of Customer Satisfaction Procedures (patients, clients and employees), preparation and dissemination of action plans; 

 Social Responsibility - deployment of social responsibility projects in the company: Food collection for Banco Alimentar (food bank); Partnership with AMI Foundation (AMI - Portuguese NGO); 

 Deployment and management of activities in the dialysis unit involving employees and patients (celebration of thematic days: world food day, world kidney day, etc.); 

 Support the website management with the creation and revision of contents; Launch and management of the Facebook page. 

Secretariat and Consultancy

Organization and management of all archive of the General Management of the company; 

 Organization and management of the travel and accommodation reservations platform for the entire company; 

Organization of events of the company: board meetings, medical meetings, congresses and events; 

Market Research, market prospection and schedule interviews; 

Support the computerization project of a shipping centre; 

Issue invoices, receipts and commercial proposals; 

Draw up minutes, follow-up on the witnesses' testimonies and maintenance of the archive.
