Further duties included the taking of minutes at meetings with various university committees and the development of working systems and processes. The post required extensive knowledge of a variety of computer packages and the ability to build good working relationships with academic staff, students and administrative staff. The University provided training on the in-house computer system as well courses in database creation and advanced Excel.
