Responsible for leading and working together to succeed as a team, while mentoring and looking for training opportunities for individuals to scale further in terms of knowledge and skill.
- Dealing with and resolving problems and issues which arise
- Working on projects aimed at improving team improvement
- Leading a team of 10 associates
- Motivating the team to achieve high standards and KPI targets
- Working with multiple stakeholders to drive projects forward
- Working with individual project leads on the team and assessing project health
- Mentoring and training up junior and new staff
- Setting up goals and targets for individuals and assessing performance continually
- Monitoring & reporting on standards & performance for targets individual and team level
- Arranging and chairing weekly team meetings, focusing on targets & achievements
- Providing project management training and guidance
- Identifying required training for the team/individuals, scheduling and executing the same.
- Creating training materials and knowledge documents
- Implementing new initiatives
- Praise team and create positive working environment
- Involved in recruitment of new staff
- Preparing and delivering PowerPoint and Poster presenations
