New Pig is a famous brand for absorbent socks leak and spill control products in USA, New pig China as a subsidiary company of New Pig USA, was started on 2008 and mainly sell the products produced in headquarter to China. As one of their first staffs in China, I participated in setting up HK & Shanghai Company. And familiar with all the set up procedures in HK&SH.

Now I am in charge of the Finance administration logistics department.

Finance including:

Set up account routine and sales delivery process etc.

Daily payment in and out supervise

Monthly quarterly reports to headquarter CEO CFO about current Finance sales status, and following month forecasts.

Submit monthly quarterly tax reports to local government.

Yearly forecast and annual tax returns, annual government documents renew.

Communicate with headquarter about inventory and finance situation.

Logistics including:

Book goods from headquarter, inventory order plan

Liaison with local logistic company for the China custom clearance

Warehouse control

Sales contract approval, products reserves, order and delivery process
