Have lead the Wadhwani Foundation's international expansion program since April of 2014 and have launched the Foundation's entrepreneurship efforts across Malaysia, Indonesia, Pakistan. Currently working on opening Philippines. Responsible for country level strategy, execution plan and budgets, partnerships including liaising with the governments and other stakeholders in each of these countries.Have established the Foundation's brand as an important one in entrepreneurship development in each of these countries with programs and partnerships with global and national organizations.

National Entrepreneurship Network

Lead NEN's team of consultants to expand the network and build the entrepreneurship eco-system at over 500 top tier academic partners across 26 cities in India. During a large part of this expansion phase was responsible for team building and fund raising. Diversified NEN's support model to include existing entrepreneurs, with its alumni base of new entrepreneurs and aspiring ones through NEN E Clubs across 6 cities. Lead, engaged with, managed and supported NEN's programs and projects with corporate CSR partners, international Foundations and Government of India including The TATA Group, IBM, Cherie Blaire Foundation for Women, Goldman Sachs Foundation, SAP, the Department of Science and Technology - Govt. of India and British Council. Between 2011 and 2014 additionally focused on fund raising efforts for the organization. Documented and developed collateral and playbooks critical for the organization to scale.

In 2014 lead the Wadhwani Foundation's efforts to international expansion making its foray into South and South East Asia. During this time represented NEN and Wadhwani Foundaiton at various national and International forums as speaker; contributed to thought leadership in the sector; published white papers and recommendations for the development of the industry.

National Entrepreneurship Network

Responsible for expansion strategy, program modelling and roll out of the National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) across 10+ cities around the country working with over 300 academic institutions. Helped establish a successful model for creating people, program and content capacity for entrepreneurship development at the premium academic institutions around India. Developed a voluntary network of entrepreneurs, mentors, professionals and investors and a model for engaging them with young people to create a seamless connection between aspiring entrepreneurs and support stakeholders. Built a community of aspiring and new entrepreneurs that changed the culture on campuses creating a new aspiration for starting up. At the end of this period, NEN grew from being a program to becoming an independent and established organization of repute in India. Was awarded by TiE Kolkata for making a significant difference to entrepreneurship development in Eastern India

Joined the startup team of Dr. Romesh Wadhwani's Foundation in India to launch its flagship initiative National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN). Developed a niche area of focus on new startups and culture and capacity for entrepreneurship among the younger generation. Launched the program across the country, working with an amazing advisory board of Dr. Kiran Mazumdar Shaw, Naina Lal Kidwai, Jerry Rao, Rob Chernov, Dr.Wadhwani. During this period was responsible for managing execution of the program via a National competition, selection and roll out of the program. Managed the program and its execution, including PR, and team building for the Foundation. Lead and managed the development of the Foundation's marketing and communications collateral including its website. At the end of this period, the program was ready to scale to the next level with presence across several cities.
