Duties included all P & L functions as well as personnel decisions of drivers and office staff. This was a turn around situation as this terminal was under financial distress brought about by the overhead from the conversion and I was tasked to return the terminal to profitability.

Duties included hiring loaders and maintaining a facililty that repaired trailers to make them suitably water-tight in order to be able to safely transport B&W's cigarettes.
