The rationale behind CAF is to provide a complete learning experience to the facilitators so as to enable them to create right interventions using various delivery approaches that match the participants learning preferences and also help in retaining the information. Practical application of concepts and multiple reinforcement mechanisms to ensure the learner is able to absorb and recall the knowledge and the educator is able to evaluate and measure the knowledge gain.The CAF Webinar series has been designed and developed by Infosys Campus Connect team. This module encompasses multiple dimensions of learning and focuses on the learner, the learning experience within the classroom and outside, the various reinforcement mechanisms to fortify the knowledge and a comprehensive assessment framework to evaluate and measure the learn gain.This program will bring together the faculty members from advanced colleges and the Infosys Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for interactive sessions.
