a) Multi year Tariff Petition Filing to the West Bengal State Electricity regulatory
Commission. Preparation of documents and testimony for such filing.
b) Maintaining Regulatory MIS

in the Tariff Orders of different Indian electricity utilities.

c) Prices of power from renewable sources of energy – all india basis.
e) Tariff Implementation based on tariff order from West Bengal State Electricity
f)Coordination with functional departments on tariff related issues.
g) Had been involved in the development of the Multi year Tariff regulation by giving
inputs on different issues important for the compnay through Literature survey,
h) Regulatory Norm Setting – Developed comparative database on generation
efficiency of all India utiltities for input to decision making process needed in the
norm setting excercise.
i) Review of Judgments of Appellate Tribunal for electricity, India and orders of
Central and State elelctricity regulatory Commisssions, India for identifying issues
impacting the powerbusiness.
k) Identification ofCompetitive issues
i) Developed comparative database for open access charges.
ii) Review of open Access Orders from the different regulatory
commissions in India.
l) Preparation ofmanagment information report & operations report for the Managing
Director, CEO’s report and report for Board Meeting.
m) Preparation of reports to be sent to the Power Department, State of West Bengal and Central Electricity Authority, India.
n) Managing relationship with West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission and other government bodies.
o) Providing inputs for business development from the databases/ reports prepared.
