Convert assistanting officer on human resource operations, receive and coordinate necessary approvals for HR forms (e.g. Vacations, sickleave, travel expenses,etc). Provide assistance to all new employees joining VA. Assist updating staff informations (e.g. Government offices, medical insurance, leave notifications, registering and following up absenteeism/sickness records, making sure that the records are updated,etc). Achieving any other assigned duties from the department head from time to time. Staff personal files. Saudzation planning.
