Maintain control over the Hotel's assets, liabilities, income and expenditure on behalf of both the Operator and Owner and provide management, leadership and accountability for the financial performance of the hotel.

Co-ordinate the fulfilment of the Report, Owner and regulatory reporting responsibilities of the hotel on an accurate and timely basis.

Capable to going through in Finance Area, Budgeting, Planning, Cash Flow Report and Projection. as well as Controlling Process.

 Prepare the daily revenue report and circulate to department heads.

 Monitor compliance with Starwood and hotel financial policies and to report any discrepancies on a timely basis.

 To review and prepare final input into the General Ledger from the various sources and identify and reconcile the balance sheet items and to prepare financial reports as required.

 It is the responsibility of the Income Auditor to ensure that all revenues are recorded and reported on a daily basis and all control procedures are in place relating to the income process.

During this Period, The Sheraton Bandara did not get a new IT Manager, I was to In charge as an IT-Person to manage hotel networking and system sometimes assisted by sister hotel of Starwood Chain in Jakarta, Le-Meridien and Sheraton Media… although by this period my main duties still as Income Auditor exhibits that I am experienced in working in multiple function in a period.. Skills Property Management System such as Fidelio and Galaxy System. Point of Sales such as Micros and Infrasys Inventory and Purchase system, Rhapsody from Realta Sun System Version 4 and 5 Vision for Sun System Excell spreadsheet, formula etc Have been able to set up reporting almost throughout all section, from cost control, Income audit, Account Payable and Receivable and others report.
