As President of the Culinary and Hospitality club we did activities to help students gain more culinary experience outside of the classroom. We accomplished weekly demos and participated in many events on campus. We hosted two fundraisers and raised over $1350 for the club. The club worked charity events by cooking at the Ronald McDonald House and doing a Artisan Bread Demo at the Bridge Teen Center. The club won Club of the Year in 2012.

I was a member of Phi Theta Kappa.

I was the recipient of the a $500 Merit Based Scholarship- Alex Ottman Scholarship. Other scholarships include a $250- Moraine Valley Faculty Association Scholarship and a $750- Award of Excellence scholarship.

I am currently a full time student at Purdue University Calumet.  I am studying for a Bachelor's in Business Analytics. I have an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Moraine Valley University.  After I graduated I went to work for The Peninsula Chicago as an intern.  I left The Peninsula after 1 year and 8 months as a Cook II.  Education was a major priority for me and in order to continue my studies I needed to leave the company.  I am a hardworker who is determined to get the job done.  I am fluent with Windows computer and other technology.  Leadership and integrity are two strong characteristics that define me. I would be a major asset to your company because I would be committed to helping your organization move forward by respecting the values and teamwork that your company possesses.
