-Assembled development team consisting of program analysts, communication and database specialists, programmers, technical documentation specialist, QA technicians, trainers, product managers, project managers and support personnel to successfully design, develop and release product; 20% under budget and 1 month under schedule, with a successful rollout.

-Created and managed budget to include procuring offsite development center to focus group, which attributed to coming under budget and schedule, with the product success.The product currently operates as foundation of one of the top processors in the country.
