Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the site quality management.           Supervising all regulatory compliance activities and helping to enforce quality assurance policies and best practice principals covering the safety, design, production and inspection.      

  1.  In house calibration of Plug & Snap gauges as per Std. IS3455.                                
  2.  Carrying out the calibration activities for Inspection Measuring &  Test equipment’s and keeping records.                                                                      3. Maintaining History card of plug & snap gauges.                                          4. Preparing check sheet for Final Inspection as per PO/CR.                        5. SAP 7.2 (Quality material clearance, PR making & all Quality activities.)                                                                                                                      6. Identifying and correcting measurement errors as necessary.            14. Drafting calibration reports and certificates.                                              15. Interacting with other technicians, account managers, customer service representatives, and customers.                                                            16. Working with calibration equipment’s and following standards to achieve precision in measurement.                                                                         17. Created calibration data sheets and approved calibration procedures.                                                                                                                  18. Operate the UTM M/C (universal testing machine) in emergency time.

Quality  Duties

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance targets.
