Managed the front desk staff where we registered and processed hundreds of students a day. I did all the training manual ordering and receivables. I managed the facility staff. I also did training on the Microsoft products, Internet, email systems both in house and onsite training.

Training Manager

I scheduling and managed about 15 trainers. I did the scheduling for hundreds of classes each quarter. I did lots of classroom training on subjects such as Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, HTML, FrontPage, Internet, and others. I also did onsite training at the customers’ offices. I was the Training Manager. I created documentation for Microsoft products and trained home builder staff on those products. I built a team of trainers and a documentation specialist. We trained the home builder staff on proprietorial products such as HSA, SAMAC, and Lotus Notes programs. I created videos for self training. Built a website that communicates to the employees through the ability to register for classes online, get training related documentation, and also take surveys after a class.


I traveled across the United States and Canada and trained companies on SupplyPro (a software for trades of home builders). I did Computer Based Training videos to help train new trade employees or for use as a refresher training. The implement of this increased customer retention and usage of our products.
