- Overseeing and supporting both key accounts and corporate channel services and database management within the department.
- Attending team's support services and operational related complaints (CBCM)and solve them with minimal escalations. Liaise between clients and all relevant departments within the organization.
- Receiving clients purchase orders and allocating the required stocks and forwarding to materials/supply management department for the distributions.
- Ensuring quality service towards customers expectations, reducing the wait time and TAT for various service requests
- Contributing high level of service by ensuring all requirements for facilities being handled promptly and efficiently to enhance the customer satisfactions.
- Improving new business techniques and stand with the team and senior manager for unsurpassed results.
- Strive to deliver clients Satisfaction – Established vision and strategy of new business promotions.
- Ensured that the business plan aligned with client objectives and interests in order to exceed the client’s satisfaction with hassle-free.
