Internal Communications Manager Europe

• To provide key support for the delivery of`s internal communication programme working directly with the Executive Leadership Team.• Lead, inspire and develop the team responsible for building the intranet• Develop creative and articulate written material for a range of audiences - from senior executives to front-line employees - and for various communication vehicles including the intranet, e-mail, speeches, presentations, e-ads and print collateral.• Administering the Intranet, ensuring high standards of design and content.• Responsible for publication of regular items including news and events• Collate and produce responses for the Senior Management Feedback forum on a fortnightly basis.• Have editorial ownership of the weekly company brief along with its design, development and distribution.• Work with the technical team to fully scope and support intranet related projects. • Have editorial ownership of the company intranet to ensure it’s relevant, topical and current.• Provide training and support for the intranet publishers/users.• Work with the Internal Communications and HR team to evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of programmes through surveys, audits and interviews.
