Achievements:

·Played a key role in the successful execution of more than 11 high-visibility projects supporting various Lincoln University initiatives,including:

oIntroduced MS Project to the university’s IT organization.

oManaged the implementation and customization of MOSS 2007.

·Enabled the company to cut remote site costs while introducing integrated communications and enabling more rapid systems adjustments by guiding all aspects of a successful Cisco VoIP implementation.

·Enhanced levels of customization, reporting and extension by phasing out a legacy ERP system, and migrating all required data to new, SQL-based ERP system incorporating a flexible, open database as its engine. Consequently enabled more informed and flexible business decisions.
