In general I am responsible for overseeing 400+ employees with direct reports being at least 5 department heads at a time with at least 50+ associates reporting to them.

Responsibilities I have include but not limited to are scheduling,timekeeping,performance evaluations, teaching/training, associate accountability, ordering,maintaining proper inventory levels, and to be the driving force behind high productivity levels from my associates.

I value my customers and have 10 years experience working with people.Customer responsibilities include answering customer calls, resolving complex customer issues,and delivering stellar customer service to each and every customer that comes through the door by executing stellar service from all aspects of my position from myself to my people.

This was a demanding 8 week course The training Walmart provided me with in this timeframe gave me key resources I can use for a lifetime.I learned everything from effectively managing my people to my stores P&L.I have many valuable take-aways from this program that I constantally apply to my everyday management routines.
