In general I am responsible for overseeing 400+ employees with direct reports being at least 5 department heads at a time with at least 50+ associates reporting to them.
Responsibilities I have include but not limited to are scheduling,timekeeping,performance evaluations, teaching/training, associate accountability, ordering,maintaining proper inventory levels, and to be the driving force behind high productivity levels from my associates.
