Executive Management

A Southern California native, Steve Vlaszof began his three-decade career in the automotive industry by attending Don Bosco Technical Institute near Los Angeles, followed by schooling in Budapest, Hungary. After gaining years of professional experience in the field of collision repair, Steve Vlaszof co-founded a top-of-the-line Collision Center for high-end vehicles. Currently, Mr. Vlaszof is working as a COO for a larger Collision Center in Beverly Hills. In his previous position, Mr. Vlaszof served as Vice-President of the Collision Center, which focused on industry-standard compliance and quality repair for European manufacturers, rather than service for every brand of vehicle that comes through the door. The shop completed enough extensive technician training to become authorized in service and repair for 10 different companies, including Audi, Bentley, Porsche, Volvo, and BMW. VeriFacts Automotive recognized the company as best shop of the year at the 2011 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show in Las Vegas. Investing in employees was another successful strategy for Mr. Vlaszof's niche business. Besides financing and arranging extensive training for manufacturer certifications, the company paid its employees a competitive wage. This allowed the company to keep most of its original staff, retaining experienced workers and maintaining high standards for its knowledge base. Besides a lifelong passion for cars, Steve Vlaszof appreciates spending time with his wife of over 26 years, Nora, and their two children. Mr. Vlaszof also contributes to charitable organizations, including Defenders of Wildlife, St. Jude Medical Center, and the Arthritis Foundation.
