Select Achievements

As a leading member of CCS’s campaign directing corps, Steve is assisting the Nashville Symphony with an endowment campaign that will fortify resources for its artistic initiatives, music education and community engagement programs. The project began in January 2010 and seeks to raise a minimum of $15 million toward a $45 million need during its first phase. 

Other campaigns of note include:

  • The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. St. Louis, MO (2005-2009) Led as both the Associate Executive and Executive Director of a landmark global mission funding campaign for the nation’s second largest Lutheran denomination. The program will continue through 2010 and has raised nearly $54 million.
  • Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Philadelphia, PA (2003 – 2005) Served as Executive Director of a one-of-a-kind campaign for 21 high schools within their Secretariat for Education, raising over $22 million.
  • Roman Catholic Diocese of Rochester, NY (2002 – 2003) Led as the campaign’s Executive Director, raising $55 million on a $50 million goal.
  • Roman Catholic Diocese of Arlington, VA (2001 – 2002) Acted as supervisor of 12 campaign staff, raising the $75 million goal nearly a year ahead of schedule.
  • Oswego Hospital, Oswego, NY (2000 – 2001) Served as the campaign’s Executive Director to raise nearly $4 million for facility expansion.
