Jeremy Cobb - Owner of Want to Change

There are a million SEO people out there all clamoring to take your money. So I urge you to overcome that moment of recoil and consider Steve Hamilton for your company. Here is why. Steve will create a plan for your company that is right for it, not for him. He will tailor it to your needs based on solid evidence and likely returns based on real long term data. His pay structure in the long term relies on your success through his success for you. So he is motivated to make a difference for you. So you can choose a guy that will sell you that highly competitive ppc campaign for no return or you can choose Steve. This should be enough but in addition he is honest, likeable and does what he says he will. I cannot recommend this gentlemen more highly and you will not regret using him for all your website promotional needs.

Chris Moran - Independent Business Consultant

Jeanette Leigh - Director at Pali Residential

I worked with Steven to create an digital strategy for my business. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and always looks after the best interests of the client, with a high level of integrity. He is extremely professional at all times and really understands your business and works with you to meet your business needs.

I have a friendly but firm approach. I am a firm believer in the development of staff. I am a keen advocate of 1-2-1 coaching sessions and on the job training. I operate an open door policy with my staff.
I have sold simple concepts such as toners and fax paper to complicated digital strategies that utilise out of the box opportunities. I am a firm believer in the consultancy approach which aims to understand a clients needs and to identify solutions to their pain! A believer in the long term approach, I would rather manage and exceed a clients expectations.
Display Advertising - Offline and Offline
I have built campaigns for some of the biggest companies in the world. Having a clients message burst from a press product or launch from the screen makes me physically happy. Hearing a client tell me that their business has increased fills me with pride, even after all these years.
Digital including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Remarketing, Website Development
Quite simply, I love digital!! I am passionate about the medium and try to lay this passion on my clients. Many businesses fear this medium and I make it my business to dispel this fear. My teams share this vision, of bringing all businesses, large or small, into the commercial world of digital.
Coaching and Education
I love training and coaching my staff. My current role has positioned me in an environment where our staff education on digital strategy was non existent. I built a team, obtained and wrote education resource to change that. Our sales teams are the most knowledgeable in our market, and this is reflected in revenue performances and inventory sales.
Speaking engagements
I have been invited to speak to many different groups throughout my career, including The Law Society, The Association of Hypnotherapists, Digital In Kent, Leeds University. These has generally been on subjects from within media, more recently digital growth within world markets, a business fear of digital marketing.
