Additionally, he reduced labor costs in the Referral Department by increasing automation. Gouletas also improved service in the Seller Security Department, enhanced the profitability of the Insurance Department, and created a direct-mail program for brokers and agents. Since 2008, Steven Gouletas has held a position as a Managing Member and Asset Manager for Dublin 1 Investments/Abby Glenn Apartments. With Dublin 1 Investments, he is responsible for asset protection, as well as profits and losses, additionally overseeing departmental organization.
