Research Staff Member

Energy Efficient Buildings (EEB) Hub

Member of the Integrated Technologies and Systems Team at Morgan State University. Installed instrumentation, i.e. pressure transducers on a building model. Preparing to carry out scale-model experimentation of the building to analyze the flow of conditioned air using swirl diffuser prototypes. Prepared an instrumentation manual for other staff members. Creating a 3D model of a demonstration site to import into an energy modeling program for feasibility study of Underfloor Air Distribution (UFAD) system implemmentation. Developing a statistical model of the ventilation system to determine the most energy efficient system.
