Founder of International Scooters, a Big Associates company. Retail and  Wholesale sales, plus technical support development, for envirnonmental transportation products including electric cars, motor scooters, and electric bicycles.

Created training materials, developed product support infrastructure and manual sets for scooter products. it is important to point out that motorscooters are virtually unsupported and undocumented, even among top brands. Provided online and phone support for manufacturer clients. International Scooters issued critical technical bulletins and updates. We also became the final say on warranty claim issues and beta tested new products prior to release in order to identify technical problems or essential training requirements.

Supervised training of new dealers and their staff for support and sales programs. Developed and supported dealer channels for California, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico territority. Provided homologation services for import clients. Assisted Indian, Taiwanese, and Chinese manufacturers with EPA and California Air Resource Board compliance, training materials, manuals, user guides and website creation. Supervised operations of retail store and warehouse facilities. Founder and administrator of the #1 scooter maintenance website scooterbbs.com.

Provided product placement of client products on Austin Powers, Charlie's Angels, SCRUBS, Desperate Housewives, My Name Is Earl, and many more. Scooter and electric vehicle picture Vehicle coordinator for Paramount, Universal Studios, Buena Vista Television, MTV, VH1, and NBC. Developed scooter based camera platforms for HD and 35mm mounts, which have proved successful in actual productions.

Warehouse operations include logistics and distribution, final assembly, maintenance and training for various alternative transportation products including Zap electric cars, A2B electric bicycles, Lambretta, TGB, TNG, and Benelli motor scooter products. Failure analysis and redesign of products a specialty.

Manufacturer tradeshow demonstration and sales support. Retail operations include DMV occupational licensed dealership, service writing, sales, and transportation for all supported products and accessories.

Supervised construction and operation of a 550 cpu cluster supercomputer designed for support of the visual effects industry. Lead development of software interface for remote operation and monitoring of client jobs. Provided Mental Ray, Renderman, Maya, 3d Studio Max, and Lightwave render software support. Demonstrated technology live at client sites, and at industry tradeshows. Troubleshooter for problem jobs. Client training and on site technical support and problem management.

Reported to multi-academy award winning Ray Feeney, chairman of the Digital Imaging Subcommittee of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Provided onsite support and training for various software and hardware solutions specific to the high end visual effects industry. Alpha and Beta testing of systems and software from Alias/Wavefront, SoftImage, Discreet Logic, Mental Ray, Pixar's Renderman, and Kodak's Cineon. Created training examples, source materials and tutorials for clients including Sony Imageworks, Dreamworks, and Rhythm and Hues. Developed and performed live demonstrations at industry Comdex and SIGGRAPH tradeshows. Helped developers in interface and functionality design.

Armored Reconnaissance Scout Corporal for Charlie Troop, First Squadron, First Cavalry, First Regiment of Dragoons, First Armored Division. Served as borderguard and German language translator while assigned to Czech/German frontier during the Cold War. Assigned to German Bundeswehr and Bundesgrenzschuetz units as liaison and weapons instructor. Sited for distinguished service in jeep and ski combat patrols along Iron Curtain. Visited 19 European nations. Developed rapid language skills in an emersion environment.
