Managed the progression of cases from opening to final disposition. This included processing documents in compliance with a complex web of federal laws, federal rules, and internal court procedures. Specific activities and accomplishments included:

  • Processed 10, 000+ documents per year with an average of 98% accuracy.
  • Achieved highest possible rating in areas of performance.
  • Mentored new case administrators.
  • Trained court support specialists on procedures for timely case closure.
  • Trained public intake staff on how to process returned mail.
  • Appointed to a legislative review committee that implemented major elements of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005.

Provided direct support to 7 federal judges. Specific activities and accomplishments included:

  • Achieved the highest possible rating in all 10 areas of performance.
  • Successfully trained 8 of the 27 operations staff
  • Received a career service award for improving efficiency, supporting operations, and providing outstanding service.
  • Authored an article published in the Federal Court Clerk’s Association Journal, Spring 2009, on the Court’s performance management plan.
  • Created and implemented several process improvements that increased efficiency.
  • Delivered superior customer service while routinely confronting the most difficult customer service situations.
  • Contributed to every aspect of personnel management from the hiring process to commendations, promotions, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
