I've had the pleasure of making the future work for businesses from Fortune 50 to start ups, domestic and international. Making the future work by succssfully executing strategic initiatives, ensuring significant return on their investment, and developing the organization and talent to deliver their long term value.

Converting strategic objectives (and challenges) into operational reality; new products and services; increased revenue and profitability; gains in market share; improvements in long term efficiency; expansion of organizational capacity; and competitive advantage. With expertise in strategy, change management, organization development, and innovation, I’ve helped bring strategies to life by leading and delivering practical, sustainable change and improved performance to operations, technology, product development, human resources, employee benefit programs, distribution and marketing………and by building the teams and talent required to deliver tangible results with long term value.

Organizations I’ve had the pleasure of serving include McDonald’s, GE, The National Safety Council, Toshiba Europe, Ernst & Young, Underwriters Laboratories, National City Bank, CNA Insurance, Lensco, VIBE SMG, CUNA Mutual and Haworth.
