  • Lead a live follow-the-sun global workflow enabling more creativity, more through-put and a more efficient execution solution for our clients
  • Lead new business growth and development of U.S. Boxer business
  • Direct reports include 12 U.S.-based employees
  • Wear mutilple Client Service, Operations and Production hats for our biggest piece of business,: McDonald’s Global Packaging
  • Played key role in winning McDonald’s Global Packaging business in 2003
  • Have continued to lead and evolve the Packaging Design competency for the organization, totalling +$25mm USD in global revenue over a 10-year span
  • Instituted global digital asset management solution and a global online creative approval system, leading to a 30% overall timeline reduction
  • Authored McDonald’s first-ever Global Promotion (featured entirely on packaging): Global Casting Call which led to +$3mm in incremental global revenue for our organization
  • Piloted investigation into global execution outsourcing (China, India) for all integrated production
