internal profit centers

I have started stand-alone, internal creative studio's at: FCB/Chicago, Marketing Drive/Chicago, The Marketing Store/Chicago, TMS/Toronto, and Boxer Brand Design

From file naming, to global asset creation, to global asset management, to a home-grown online creative approval system, I have been authoring and pushing the boundaries of agency execution for my entire career.

Have led initiative for agency move from a Traffic Dept to Project Management (and learned a lot doing so). Also, revamped Agency Organization Structure, People Structure and workflow processes in conjunction with acquired competencies.

Over 17 years of managerial experience. Huge fan of Monthly One-on-One conversations with direct reports, so that I understand their aspirations, while they are clear about our business objectives, focus and future direction.
