Sole recruiter for the Product Development organization, who creates the products that are the life blood of the organization. Focused on recruiting .net Developers of all levels, Quality Assurance Analysts, Software Designers, Product and Program Managers and Technical Writers as well as the leadership within these teams.Averaged 12+ open requisitions at a time with a high level of complexity. Hired 85 technical employees in 18 months.
·Created an ongoing pipeline of talent who were willing to relocate to Charleston, SC, which is not seen as a desirable location for technical talent.
·Participated in college recruiting with an ongoing focus on technical talent.
·Built long term relationships using social media (Twitter, as an example) with candidates and clients to assist in building employment brand loyalty.
·Created a quarterly newsletter to send to candidates that kept them informed of the latest news at Blackbaud and the local area.
·Worked closely with Human Resources to maintain employee retention and alert them to any potential issues.
